Santa Came....Christmas Day 2006

Santa finally made it and all went well. Payton was excited to get the Plasma Bike he wanted. It's quite the bike! He also got some games and a wrestling ring with wrestlers!

Tate was excited to see a new bike just for him! He's been riding it around the kitchen the last couple of days. Also, one of his favorite gifts was his new baby doll. Daddy wasn't so happy that Santa left his BOY a doll. But, Santa sure knew what Tate wanted. He's been carrying around his little "Baby Jack" or "Baby Jesus", which ever he calls it at the time. He even feeds him and gives him his binky. He's quite adorable. Tate did well this year. Last year he cried the whole time.

Brock found his little stack of gifts real fast. He found the Binkies sticking out of his stocking and headed right for them. He got a few things, some little toys and clothes. He's enjoying his brothers' gifts as well.

Mike got a new trailer for Christmas! I'll have to take some pictures and show you all. He's quite excited. He also got a sled and a Hot Cocoa Machine. MMmmm! I got the MP3 player I've been wanting along w/ the stereo that it docks on that goes under the counter. Oh, and funny Mike got me a giant remote control. He accuses me of losing it everytime he goes to work, so I have a 12 inch remote now.

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas!

Christmas Eve 2006

Christmas Eve 2006
So, we did our usual Christmas Eve. First stop was Grandma Cleo's house for dinner. It was fun seeing all the family. We ate turkey, rolls, and all that other good stuff. Oh, and SHRIMP DIP. How can I forget my favorite part of Christmas, hahaha.

After eating lots of good food we headed downstairs to open presents and see what was in our stockings. We got fun pajamas and slippers! All the Dansie grandkids had the same striped PJ's. How cute they were!

Next we headed to Grandpa Von's and Grandma Carlene's house for more shrimp dip!!! Oh, and opening more gifts. This was exciting because it was our first Christmas at the new house. Grandpa built us a fire. He's so proud of his fireplace. The boys get a kick out of it too. As we were sitting there in the chaos of all the kids opening presents, I was thinking back to how different it was just a few years ago. We started going to Mom and Dad's to play games, just them, me, Mike, Jake and Jaime. But, now we've got quite the family, full of little boys!

They boys had fun playing together in their matching pajamas and opening all the fun toys from each other and Grandma and Grandpa. How fun!

December 23, 2006 Clayson Family Party

On the Saturday before Christmas, we had the Clayson Christmas Party. The boys enjoyed seeing all there cousins and opening gifts from Grandma and Grandpa and exchanging gifts with their cousins. Payton got a Magnadoodle. Tate got a much loved Elmo backpack. Brock got some cute clothes and a fun leap pad activity game.

Grandma Olive also gave all the "boys", young and old, flying monkeys. Quite the sight! It was fun!
